Oct 31: It (2017)

Welcome to the final installment of 31 Days of Horror. Like with the first film, I wanted to end with a Stephen King film as well, and the recent version of It has garnered high praise.

Before Viewing: The remake of It has a lot to live up to. Many people enjoy the book and the original miniseries, which was covered yesterday, still provides nightmare fuel for many people. The trailer for It starts with the defining moment for the characters in the film, the loss of young Georgie. From there, it looks like an updated adaptation (no longer in the 1960’s) with kids realizing that something is wrong in Derry. The creepy clown is actually more creepy, and things look very intense. The trailer doesn’t appear to have any of the scenes with the kids as adults.

Presented below is the Trailer for the film.
